I am a licensed school psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I am Director of ABA services at Behavioral & Educational Solutions and work in Maryland and Washington D.C. I have undergraduate and doctoral degrees from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. I’ve worked in a variety of child/family-oriented settings including children’s hospitals, juvenile facilities, multiple school districts across Texas, the Department of Education in Hawaii, and in a partnership program with Autism Partnership. Prior to joining BES, I was clinical faculty member at Clemson University. In addition, I taught and supervised individuals who were working toward eligibility to become BCBAs. I was the director of a residential behavior treatment and training program for adolescent males and females utilizing ABA foundations and programs to create behavior change.

I have presented numerous workshops and seminars on a variety of topics including: Applied Behavior Analysis and the applications of ABA in all living environments; individuals with autism and/or developmental delays; mental health concerns and the impact of these challenges on the individual and family systems, the support and challenging impact of environmental variables on a variety of individuals and family system interactions; risk and resilience in children; and the impact of teachers/support and staff/environmental contingencies on the behavior, social, and academic development of children and adolescents in schools
