Morgan Ottone, M.A., BCBA

I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2012 after graduating from Curry College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In Rhode Island, I worked with individuals ranging in ages from 6 to 21 with an array of disabilities in both home and school settings.  As a job coach for adolescents attending high school in the special education department, I would transport students from their high school to different job sites, e.g., Marshall’s, Subway, and Daycare facilities where they would receive job training and work experience. I also have experience providing ABA services and vocational training to adolescents with emotional disturbances.

After relocating to Maryland in 2015, I began working at Behavioral and Educational Solutions (BES, gaining experience providing early intervention ABA services to children with developmental disabilities in homes, school/classroom settings, and in-clinic. While working at BES, I obtained my Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT). In 2019 I earned my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Currently, I am preparing to take the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam and obtain my license to practice as a BCBA. I have a particular interest in ABA with a focus on autism.

My interests also extend to criminal and forensic psychology. In my free time I enjoy watching movies — horror movies in particular. I love being outside – cookouts, hiking, going to the beach and soccer which I have played since the age of five. I love trying new foods. My favorite food is mashed potatoes! I enjoy portrait and landscape photography. I love my family and visit them whenever an opportunity presents itself. I am fortunate and lucky to have them…I also consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to help other families, including yours!
